Rwandan Community in Austria Celebrates Umuganura 2026
Members of the Rwandan community in Austria, Friends of Rwanda and the Embassy came together to celebrate Umuganura 2026, Rwanda’s National Harvest Day and a longstanding tradition of thanksgiving, sharing and celebrating collective achievements.
The gathering was an occasion to celebrate Rwanda’s culture and traditions and reflect on the enduring values of patriotism, unity and self-reliance embodied by Umuganura. It also reaffirmed the Rwandan community’s commitment to contributing to Rwanda’s national development efforts.
The Embassy was represented by First Counsellor Edmond Tubanambazi.
