Rwanda Participates in the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026 in Davos

Rwanda participated in the 56th Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum, held in Davos from 19 to 23 January 2026 under the theme A Spirit of Dialogue. The Forum brings together leaders from government, business, civil society, academia and culture to exchange on global priorities, including geopolitics, growth, technology, people and the planet.

Rwanda’s delegation was led by Hon. Olivier Jean Patrick Nduhungirehe, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and included Hon. Paula Ingabire, Minister of ICT and Innovation, and Jean-Guy Afrika, CEO of the Rwanda Development Board.

During the meeting, the delegation held engagements with global leaders, investors and partners to advance Rwanda’s priorities in investment, innovation, digital transformation and sustainable development. Rwanda’s participation reflected its continued commitment to positioning the country as a competitive, forward-looking and open destination for partnerships.
