Rwanda Participates in the 114th Session of the International Labour Conference
Rwanda is participating in the 114th Session of the International Labour Conference (ILC), taking place in Geneva, Switzerland, from 1 to 12 June 2026.
The Conference brings together governments, employers and workers from around the world to discuss key issues shaping the world of work, including decent work in the platform economy, artificial intelligence, gender equality, and social dialogue.
Rwanda’s delegation is led by Hon. Christine Nkulikiyinka, Minister of Public Service and Labour.
The International Labour Conference serves as the International Labour Organization’s principal decision-making body and provides a unique platform for governments, employers and workers to exchange views, build consensus and contribute to the development of international labour standards and policies.
The Conference also offers an opportunity for Member States to share experiences and perspectives on emerging labour market challenges and opportunities, while advancing discussions on inclusive and sustainable approaches to the future of work.
