Amb. Ngango Officiates Oath Taking Ceremony in Geneva

On Wednesday, 29 January 2025, Elise Stephanie Catherine Delattre Habimana and Jérémie Jean-François Julien Mercier officially became Rwandan citizens by taking the Oath of Citizenship during a ceremony officiated by Ambassador James Ngango at the Embassy premises in Geneva.

In his remarks, Amb. Ngango welcomed them to the Rwandan community, emphasizing their rights and obligations, including their role in Rwanda’s socio-economic development.

Ms. Habimana and Mr. Mercier pledged to uphold Rwanda’s values and actively contribute to the country’s progress.
