The Embassy of the Republic of Rwanda in Switzerland wishes to inform all Rwandans residing in Austria, Holy See, Slovenia and Switzerland and other nationalities that the process of legalizing documents on transfer of ownership can now be initiated and processed through the Irembo platform.
This follows Rwanda’s ongoing efforts to digitize public services and improve service delivery to citizens both at home and abroad.

How to Apply:
1. Visit www.irembo.gov.rw
2. Navigate to the "Legalization Services" section.
3. Complete the application form and upload the required documents.
4. Pay the service fee as instructed.
5. Upon successful submission, the documents will be processed and feedback provided by the competent authorities.
